You bring the people. We do the printing.
We already print for schools, booster clubs, churches, ministries, krewes, and work crews around Lafayette. What most of them do not have is a place to send their people to order. That is all this page is. Your design gets a page here, you send your list or your Facebook group to the link, and everyone orders their own size. You never buy a box of shirts and hope they sell.
The Arrangement
You promote it
You have the mailing list, the team roster, and the Facebook group. We do not. That is the trade: you bring the people, we do the printing.
No inventory risk
We print what gets ordered. There is no minimum buy, no leftover boxes, and nothing for your organization to front.
A preorder window
Most groups run a window of one to three weeks. Everyone orders inside it, the whole thing prints in one run, and one run is what makes the per-shirt price work.
Fundraisers work the same way
If the design is raising money, we set the price with you up front and you know what comes back per piece before the window opens. We will not publish a fundraising claim you have not agreed to.
One person to call
You get us, not a service desk. Same two people who have run this shop for 45 years.
Getting Started
What To Bring Us
- Your artwork, in the best file you have. Vector is best; a big clean PNG works. If it needs redrawing we will tell you before we start.
- Written permission for any school, team, or license mark in the design. Schools and leagues own their marks and we cannot print them without it.
- The garments you want it on, or tell us the crowd and the budget and we will point you at the right blank.
- Your dates: when the window opens, when it closes, and when your people need the shirts.
- Who at your organization approves the proof, and who we call when the order is ready.
