Is there a minimum order?
Screen printing is priced for groups, and the per-piece price drops as quantity grows. Embroidery is available on single pieces. Tell us what you need and we'll make it work.
Can I bring my own shirts or hats?
Yes. We're one of the only shops around that decorates customer-supplied garments. Because we can't replace goods we didn't sell, misprints on your items are at your risk, and we'll walk you through it before we start.
What artwork do you need?
Best: a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF). Workable: a big, clean PNG or JPG. If your logo came from an AI image tool, tell us; those always need redrawing before they print, and we can do that for you.
How fast can you turn an order around?
Typical turnaround is 10-14 business days after you approve the proof. Need it faster? Ask. Rush is often possible, sometimes with a rush fee, and we'll tell you up front.
Do you ship?
We're built around local pickup at the shop. Shipping can be arranged on request and is quoted at cost.
How does payment work?
We send a written quote and a proof. Nothing is printed or stitched until you approve the proof. Orders go into production on a 50% deposit, balance due at pickup.
